The RT Sleep Technician provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders, including conducting sleep studies and ensuring patient safety. Responsibilities also include data acquisition, documentation, and patient education.
Candidates must have completed an accredited sleep technology program or equivalent experience and hold relevant certifications. They should also be enrolled in a sleep technology education program within 30 days of hire and obtain necessary licensure within specified timeframes.
