Flexible schedule 401K with 50% employer match up to 6% per check License & Experience Requirements for this position include the following: Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program Active or pending state physical therapist license Comfort working independently in the home setting Professional Development Individualized Clinical and Professional Development Program Options: Graduated independent caseload ramp- up with ride-alongs Documentation training to encourage confidence and efficiency Advanced Certifications/Training Courses Annual CEU allowance OCS Prep Collaborative Virtual Educational Series Paid professional, association, and one section dues Min USD $55.00/Hr.
