The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and provide rehabilitative services to patients to improve their independence in daily living activities. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and possess current state licensure. Additionally, certification by the NBCOT and BLS certification are required for the role.
