The PACU RN will provide specialized nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia at the Fort Cavazos Military Base. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering moderate sedation, and ensuring patient safety during the post-anesthesia phase.
Candidates must hold an Associate degree in Nursing (ASN) from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program and possess an active, unrestricted license. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and moderate sedation certification, along with at least 2,000 hours of PACU experience within the last two years.
