The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including performing clinical tasks like wound care and lab draws. They are also responsible for monitoring patient conditions, documenting care in electronic medical records, and assisting with patient education and discharge planning.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved LPN/LVN program and hold an active, unrestricted U.S. state license. A minimum of one year of experience within the last two years and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.

Provide direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings Prepare patients for procedures and assist providers Perform clinical tasks such as catheterization, wound care, and lab draws Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team Document care in electronic medical records Support patient education and discharge planning

Full-time (up to 80 hours bi-weekly) 8–12 hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 24/7 facility operations
Position is on-site (no telework) Must meet DoD health and credentialing requirements May be assigned across inpatient or outpatient units
