The Activities Assistant is responsible for organizing and facilitating engaging activities that enhance the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of residents. They also recruit and manage volunteers while fostering a compassionate environment that encourages resident participation.
Previous experience with the geriatric population and memory care is preferred. Candidates must be open to obtaining a CNA certification within the first six months of employment.
