The provider will assess and treat individuals with mental, emotional, or substance abuse issues through individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment plans and connect patients to appropriate community social services.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related behavioral health field. A current Montana LCSW or LCPC license and a valid driver's license are required.

RiverStone Health recognizes that depression is the third most common reason for a visit to a health center and one in four adults suffer from a mental disorder in a given year. The Behavioral Health team provides mental health and substance abuse counseling and treatment for patients and provides referrals to other community-based services.
School-based behavioral health providers may be required to work at the Main Clinic, providing care to adult and pediatric patients, as well as their assigned schools as determined by the school, the School Clinic Program manager, the Behavioral Pedicatric Manager, and Director of Behavioral Health Services.
