The LPN will provide support to health providers by administering medications, performing patient intakes, and conducting venipuncture. They will also coordinate with the healthcare team to facilitate high-quality services and provide health counseling to patients.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and a current New York State LPN license. A current CPR certificate is also required or must be obtained within six months of employment.

Community Healthcare Network is looking for a Full-Time LPN I who will be a key member of the health care team covering at different centers, providing support to health providers in addressing the health care needs of patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for treating responses to actual or potential health problems through health counseling and the provision of care supportive to life and well-being.
