The scribe is responsible for recording detailed patient information including chief complaints, medical history, physical exam findings, and treatment plans. They must ensure accurate documentation of comorbid conditions, medications, and allergies within the physician's assessment.
Candidates must possess proficient knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, physiology, and general medical terminology. Strong computer and typing skills, with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute, are required along with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
