The Speech Language Pathology Assistant will support licensed therapists in implementing speech therapy programs and monitoring patient progress. They are responsible for documenting clinical notes, educating caregivers, and maintaining compliance with safety and payor protocols.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology and possess a current Texas State License as an SLPA. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting is required, along with CPR certification and a valid driver's license.

The role will involve working directly with patients to carry out therapy plans, monitor progress, and assist in administrative tasks. The position is part-time or PRN, meaning work hours will be flexible and based on the needs of the department or patients.
• Availability for after-school hours, starting at 3:30 PM and continuing into the evening
