Candidates must have an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New York. A minimum of 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is required.

Infinite Medical Group is currently hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant (NP/PA) to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings.
