Candidates must possess an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license, with a state-specific license in good standing in Texas. A minimum of six months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is required, alongside strong clinical and critical thinking skills.

The Company is currently hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant (NP/PA) to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings. This is a part-time position ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.
