The nurse will conduct initial health assessments, manage client medications, and provide ongoing physical and mental health support. Additionally, they will document all interactions, assist with staff training, and ensure the facility is stocked with necessary medical supplies.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a current Minnesota nursing license (RN or LPN) and have been free of chemical use problems for at least two years. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are also required.
Must be free of chemical use problems for at least the two years immediately preceding hire.
Have and maintain current nursing licensure with the state of Minnesota.
Prefer 5 years of increasingly responsible experience which demonstrates proficiency in the skills and knowledge required to perform the job.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record that will be accepted by this organization’s vehicle insurance carrier.
Ability to successfully complete background check process.
Excellent written and verbal skills.

RN: $33.00-35.00/hour
