The Nurse Practitioner will assess, plan, and evaluate care for individual patients, including performing physical examinations and obtaining medical histories. They will deliver high-quality adult and adolescent care in collaboration with an in-office physician.
Candidates must be board-certified graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a valid Indiana license. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills are required, with preference given to those with occupational medicine experience or DOT certification.
