The Physical Therapist assesses patient needs and develops personalized treatment plans using manual therapy, modalities, and therapeutic exercises. They also document care in electronic medical records and coordinate discharge planning with patients and their families.
Candidates must have successfully completed an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current NYS Physical Therapy license. A current CPR certification is also required for this position.

Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Full-Time Days FLEX

The Physical Therapist has daily duties that include responsibilities for assessing patient's physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs, as well as planning and providing physical therapy treatments for patients in accordance with written prescription or referral from a physician, or as appropriate for direct access patients. Other responsibilities include instruction and education of physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students. Physical Therapist also provides education to the community. Does related work as required.
• Standard Rate of $77,209.60 to $100,006.40 per year plus benefits
