Dental Assistant (with RDA)

• We’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our Monarch Dental team supporting our Pine Bluff & North Little Rock office.
• In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients.
• You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.
• 3 days/week – Pine Bluff location 2 days/week – North Little Rock location

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support office flow to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience

Qualifications

Meet all state-specific registered dental assistant credentialing requirements Current CPR/BLS certification and X-Ray Certification Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
