The Mental Health Associate provides direct patient care and personal comfort under the direction of a Registered Nurse. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, caring environment and participating in quality improvement activities.
Requires a high school diploma with two years of psychiatric experience or an associate degree. A bachelor's degree in Psychology and experience with children, adolescents, or adults is preferred.
