The RN-PRN will assess patient needs in person, develop care plans for staff, and maintain patient records in an online database. The role also involves case management and traveling to patient homes to provide updates and guidance.
Candidates must hold an active RN license in Wisconsin and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. While prior healthcare experience is preferred, it is not strictly required.
Eau Claire for our Tomah/LaCrosse are needs. This position offers flexible hours at a compensation of $60 per hour.
