Provide full-scope outpatient family medicine services to a patient panel of 18-20 patients per day. Participate in a 1:3 phone-only call rotation with no inpatient responsibilities.
Must be a qualified Family Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner. The role requires the ability to work in a collegial, team-based primary care environment.
