Direct Support Professionals provide training and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a 24/7 residential setting. Responsibilities include implementing service plans, maintaining a sanitary environment, and documenting progress in treatment.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid Georgia driver's license with fewer than 5 points. Applicants are also required to have or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
The Direct Support Professional will be supervised by the Site Manager.

Physical Demands – The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: the physical demands include but are not limited to good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard. The position requires prolonged periods of sitting and have the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 45 pounds.
