• Monday through
• Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Program: Community Residential Rehabilitation Program

• What You'll Do
• Assist with meal preparation and planning
• Support household organization: cleaning, cooking, ordering supplies, maintaining shared spaces
• Monitor medication regimens (as applicable)
• Document services accurately and on time
• Follow all program policies, licensing standards, and incident reporting procedures
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, families, and community partners
• Participate in required trainings, meetings, and supervision

• What We're Looking For
• 1 year of human services experience (or equivalent combination)
• High school diploma/equivalent
• Clearances: Criminal Clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver’s License.
