The social worker will provide support to residents in an independent living environment by building long-term relationships and addressing mental health needs. They will also collaborate closely with the medical team and families to develop and achieve treatment goals.
Candidates must hold a master’s degree in social work and possess a current license. A minimum of two years of experience in a geriatric setting is required.
