The Resident Assistant will deliver care according to individualized care plans, which includes providing physical, psycho-social, and social support to residents in their homes. Key duties involve personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and accurately documenting all care provided.
Candidates must have completed an approved nursing assistant program and passed the certification exam, along with possessing at least one year of experience in home care or long-term care. A valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory, as is the physical ability to lift/transfer significant weight and perform frequent physical movements.
