Provide direct mental health treatment and evidence-based therapeutic services to brain injury survivors and their caregivers. Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients, including conducting intakes, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care within a team model.
Requires a Master's degree in social work or counseling and active or pursuing licensure with at least 1,000 supervised hours. Candidates must have three or more years of clinical experience, specifically with trauma-informed care and cognitive disabilities.

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will provide direct mental health treatment to brain injury survivors and their caregivers. This position supports the BIAC mission by providing a person-centered approach and trauma-informed care to individuals with brain injuries or their caregivers.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) - preferred
Fast paced office work environment managing multiple priorities.
Hybrid work environment - Willing and able to see clients in person up to two days per week to meet client needs.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
