The Speech Language Pathologist provides therapy services and education to patients, families, and staff to prevent and treat disabilities. They are responsible for evaluating, planning, and providing treatment to optimize functional recovery.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology and possess a valid Mississippi license. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is required, and one year of hospital-based experience is preferred.
The Speech Language Pathologist provides therapy services and education to patient, patient’s family and staff to prevent and treat disability following disease, injury or other cause. The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates, plans, provides treatment and collaborates with others to optimize functional recovery and minimize disability.
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology with ASHA certification of clinical competence
Valid Mississippi Speech Language Pathologist license. Must have a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) – AHSA certification.
Experience: At least one (1) year experience in hospital based setting.
