The Nurse Aide assists in providing basic patient care activities and non-professional services to meet the personal needs and comfort of patients. They are responsible for understanding instructions from nursing staff and maintaining a supportive environment for patients.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and have successfully completed a Certified Nurse Aide training program. A valid, current certification and BLS certification are required for this role.
St. Mary's Medical Center is currently seeking a full time Nurse Aide. This position assist in providing basic patient care activities for which employee has been prepared as well as non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
High School Diploma/GED required. Successful completion of Certified Nurse Aide training program required. Certification must be valid and current.
Experience preferred, but not required.
Verbal ability required to communicate with patients and understand instructions received from nursing staff; manual dexterity required to use hands easily and skillfully while aiding patients. BLS required.
