Provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes or facilities under the direction of an RN. Ensure patient and family needs are met while maintaining superior standards of hospice care.
Must be a Registered LPN in the State of Ohio with a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Requires CPR certification and the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The RN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You will provide superior care to patients and their families.
