The After-Hours Registered Nurse provides urgent patient care, including symptom management and admissions, for hospice patients in their homes and residential facilities. They maintain supportive communication with physicians, case managers, and families to ensure high-quality end-of-life care.
Candidates must hold a degree in nursing and a current Registered Nurse license, with at least one year of clinical experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage time-sensitive responsibilities, and reliable transportation are required.

Hours • On for 7 days, then off for the next 7 days • 5: 00 pm – 8:00 am, Monday through Sunday
Pay Range $78,000—$83,000 USD
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. Screening is completed by a third-party administrator, the Michigan Long-Term Care Partnership, and is performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act.
