The Residential Technician provides direct patient support, including monitoring vital signs and observations, while maintaining a safe and therapeutic clinical environment. They are responsible for managing the admission and discharge processes, updating patient documentation, and assisting with daily living activities.
Candidates should possess an active CNA, MA, or PCA certification from the State of Connecticut, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in CPR/First Aid, strong communication skills, and computer literacy are required for this role.
