The Case Manager provides face-to-face, community-based case management and skills training services using a recovery-oriented, person-centered approach. They are responsible for evaluating client psychiatric stability and daily living skills, as well as coordinating assessment results into a formal treatment plan.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a human service field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology. Additionally, applicants must possess a valid driver's license, maintain required auto insurance, and pass comprehensive background and drug screenings.
