Work Schedule and Shift Premiums
As a PRN RN, the hours will vary.
2nd shift premium is $2.00/hour, 3rd shift is $3.05/hour, weekend premium is an additional $2.00/hour

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent plus associates degree or higher in nursing
Valid Michigan RN license
BLS, ACLS, and TEAMS certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital)

Responsibilities

Direct and carry out nursing activities for assigned shift
Administer medication assuring consents are obtained on all psychotropic, anti-anxiety agents and antidepressants, and that patient is given medication information
Ensure all discharge interviews and safety plans are complete for each patient
Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of protected health information at all times
