$18 - $20 / HOUR
Provide direct behavioral health support and care to adolescent residents in a structured, trauma-informed residential environment. Collaborate with clinical staff to implement treatment plans while documenting progress and facilitating daily therapeutic activities.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license, the ability to pass a background check, and a commitment to an 8-month tenure are required.
Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents Lead and participate in daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming Support the development of healthy coping skills, communication, and emotional regulation Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits Maintain a safe, structured, trauma‑informed environment Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to support individualized treatment plans Document daily progress notes and communicate key updates to leadership Use safe verbal de‑escalation and physical intervention skills when needed Paid training provided, including substance use recovery support and crisis intervention techniques.
High school diploma or equivalent 21 years of age or older Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Ability to pass a Utah State background check Willingness to commit to a minimum of 8 months Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit before the first day of work
