The Laundry Aide is responsible for operating laundry machinery to clean, sort, and fold linens and personal clothing for patients. They must also maintain a clean laundry area, handle chemicals safely, and ensure patient items are properly delivered and in good repair.
A high school degree is preferred for this position. On-the-job training is provided, and previous experience in healthcare laundering processes is considered a plus.
