The Therapist provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy to patients facing psychiatric and substance abuse challenges. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based counseling, participating in treatment planning, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
A Master's degree in social work or counseling and a current unencumbered clinical license are required. Candidates must have prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients and obtain CPR and CPI certifications within 30 days.

How you’ll contribute

include delivering evidence-based counseling, actively participating in treatment planning, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation. The Therapist fosters effective communication with patients, families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care and treatment goals. This role also involves collaborating closely with physicians and utilization review staff regarding treatment progress and length of stay.
