The Hospice Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support to terminally ill patients and their families while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. They facilitate religious rituals, assist with memorial services, and act as a liaison between the agency and the spiritual community.
Candidates should have a Master's degree in ministry, counseling, or social work, with Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) training preferred. Two years of experience in spiritual counseling is also preferred, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
