The Certified Nurse Practitioner will conduct physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications for clients. They are also responsible for developing health policies and collaborating with staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Candidates must have completed an approved nurse practitioner or physician assistant program and hold a current registered nurse license. Three years of experience in chemical dependency, institutional, or emergency room settings is preferred.
Schedule: Full-time- Dayshift
$104,000.00- $145,600.00
Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner or physician assistant program. Current approval by the joint Medical Board of Medical Examiners and Board of Nursing to perform medical acts. Must be currently licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in the state. Three (3) years chemical dependency, institutional and/or emergency room experience preferred. Must have a favorable attitude regarding the disease concept of addiction. Must have the ability to effectively work with Agency employees, and outside contacts, and a diverse client population.
