The Licensed Practical Nurse will assess client health needs, provide nursing care, and perform routine procedures such as phlebotomy and vital sign monitoring. They are also responsible for supervising nursing assistants and maintaining secure storage for medications and medical equipment.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current LPN license along with First Aid/CPR certification. Three years of experience in chemical dependency, institutional, or emergency room settings is preferred.
Full-time- Monday - Friday including every other weekend (8am-6pm)
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; current state registration, LPN license, and First Aid/CPR certification. Three (3) years chemical dependency, institutional, and/or emergency room experience preferred. Maintains the required licensure/certification in good standing. Must have a favorable attitude regarding the disease concept of addiction. Must have the ability to effectively work with Agency employees, outside contacts, and a diverse client population.
