The Physical Therapist will conduct one-on-one patient care and provide education to patients and their families in a home setting. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy educational program and hold a current state license. Additionally, they must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current CPR certification.
