The LPN provides quality clinical care under the direction of the Practice Supervisor in accordance with established policies. They are responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality and staying current with clinical expertise through ongoing education.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing and hold a current NYS LPN license. A minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience is required, with dermatology experience preferred.
Under the direction of the Practice Supervisor Derm, and in accordance with approved policies and procedures, provides quality care in an effort to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes. LPN will maintain patient confidentiality. LPN will maintain an appropriate level of knowledge and clinical expertise through continuing education, inservice programs, departmental competencies and self-development activities. na
• Prior dermatology nursing and physician office experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and electronic medical record.
