- Job Title: Per Diem Psych LVN / LPT Division/Program: Merced Crisis Residential Unit (Adult Inpatient Program) Starting Compensation: 32.00 - 34.00 USD Per Hour Working Location: Merced, CA Working Hours/Shift: Per Diem coverage needed for 12‑hour AM and/or NOC shifts (06:00–18:30 / 18:00–06:30).
- Coverage is as needed, based on facility needs and the candidate’s availability.
- NOC shift includes a $2 differential.

- GED, HiSET, etc.) required Associate degree in nursing or social science field preferred.
- One (1) year nursing experience required, preferably treating the mentally ill in an inpatient setting. (Clinical nursing school rotations may be substituted for a portion of work experience.) One (1) year medication administration experience preferred.
- Valid California LVN or LPT license required.
- How you will make a difference Provides direct nursing care and supervises same provided by all nursing staff on the shift worked.
- Visually and audibly observes, documents in writing, and reports orally or in writing the physical or mental condition to the Program Manager and the attending physician or nurse practitioner.
- Orders, prepares, administers, and documents the administration of medication for clients according to physicians’ or nurse practitioners’ orders.
- Confirms delivery of all ordered medication from pharmacy on shift worked.
