The Medication Technician is responsible for the safe administration of medications and maintaining accurate health records for residents. They also provide compassionate support for activities of daily living while ensuring facility safety and infection control standards are met.
Candidates must hold a current Medication Technician certification as required by state regulations. Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care is preferred.

Loma Linda Assisted Living is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medication Technician to support the health and well-being of our residents. This role is responsible for the safe administration of medications and providing compassionate support in a warm, resident-centered assisted living environment. Key Responsibilities Administer medications to residents in compliance with state regulations and facility policies Observe, document, and report residents’ responses to medications and any changes in condition Maintain accurate medication records and documentation Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Communicate effectively with caregivers, nursing staff, and leadership Ensure medication carts and storage areas are clean, organized, and secure Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards Qualifications Current Medication Technician certification (as required by state regulations) Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Why Join Loma Linda Assisted Living?
