$27 - $35 / HOUR
The LPN is responsible for administering medications, performing treatments, and ensuring physician orders are integrated into resident care plans. They also direct nursing assistants and document resident information according to facility policies.
Candidates must hold a valid New York State LPN license and possess excellent organizational skills. One year of experience in long-term or acute care is preferred, along with experience navigating regulatory survey processes.
Schedule: full time (72 hours biweekly), days, every other weekend and holiday requirements
