The CRNA will administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures while collaborating with the surgical team to develop care plans. They are also responsible for managing post-anesthesia recovery and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Candidates must hold an associate's degree in nursing and a master's degree in nurse anesthesia, along with current CRNA certification. Experience in an acute care setting, specifically in anesthesiology, is required.

As a Locum CRNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective anesthetic care.
Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and consultations Collaborate with the surgical team to develop anesthesia care plans Manage post-anesthesia recovery and provide follow-up care Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in anesthetic practice Educate patients and families about anesthesia procedures and risks Document anesthesia care accurately in patient records Stay current with advancements in anesthesiology techniques and practices
Associate's degree in Nursing and a master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Experience in an acute care setting, preferably in anesthesiology Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of anesthesia equipment and technology Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
Schedule: 8 or 10-hour shifts, 2 weeks per month
No call requirement
