77 Consultants is seeking a Locum CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist) to join our dedicated team in Worcester. This on-site, contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a dynamic medical practice environment.

Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluate patient histories Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia plans Maintain accurate and detailed anesthesia records Manage post-anesthesia recovery for patients Provide emergency interventions as needed Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards Communicate effectively with patients and their families

Requirements

Associate degree in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Anesthesia Current CRNA certification and state licensure Experience in an anesthesiology setting preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Knowledge of anesthesia protocols and patient care standards Flexibility to adapt to varying clinical situations and schedules
