The physician will provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health measures. They will also collaborate with a healthcare team to monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and possess a valid medical license to practice in Massachusetts. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care are required, with pediatric experience preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health measures. Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of pediatric patients Diagnose and treat a variety of childhood illnesses and conditions Provide preventive care and health education to patients and families Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment as necessary Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Participate in continuing education and professional development Advocate for children's health and well-being within the community
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Valid medical license to practice in Massachusetts Experience in pediatric medicine preferred but not required Strong clinical skills and knowledge of child health issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare
Schedule: 40 hours per week + Saturday per month (8a-5p)
Setting: 100% outpatient
Daily Volume: 15-20 patients
Patient Population: Ages 0-18
Team Structure: 15+ physicians
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
