The LPN will provide nursing care to transplant patients under the supervision of a registered nurse and assist in preparing patients for procedures. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and communicating patient needs to the clinical team.
Candidates must hold a current Illinois LPN license, have completed a pharmacology course, and possess an active BLS certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with experience in a community health setting.
