• Outpatient-only family medicine practice
• Minimal call: phone-only coverage just once per year

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Manage patient care both in-person and through virtual visits Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Qualifications

Board Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Eligible for Texas licensure Comfortable providing both in-person and virtual care Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
