Provides professional counseling, assessment, and treatment planning for adults, adolescents, children, and families. Manages client cases, maintains electronic health records, and collaborates with community agencies to support client goals.
Requires a Master's or doctorate degree in counseling, social work, or a related field with three to five years of experience. Must be a licensed behavioral health professional in the State of Colorado.

Purpose of position: A Mental Health Therapist at Catholic Charities:
Current, unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, or PsyD) in the state of Colorado Demonstrated experience providing evidence-based treatment for trauma-related disorders, including both acute and complex trauma Training and/or certification in at least one evidence-based trauma modality (e.g., CPT, TF-CBT, EMDR, or equivalent) Experience working with perinatal populations, including pregnant and postpartum women preferred Clinical experience supporting parents, infants, and young children, including dyadic or family-based treatment approaches preferred Knowledge of attachment theory and experience addressing attachment-related concerns in early childhood EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Master’s degree (MA/MS/MSW) or doctorate degree from accredited college or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training in the field of counseling psychology, social work, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and experience in the field of perinatal mental health, early childhood mental health, and trauma-informed practice is preferred
