The Social Worker provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments, facilitates therapeutic groups, and coordinates discharge planning for patients. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support emotional health.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a mental health field and possess relevant state licensure or associate credentials. A minimum of three years of post-Master's experience in a psychiatric setting is preferred, along with current BLS and de-escalation certifications.

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in mental health field. Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC), or Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) Current BLS, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation certification.
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW), Licensed Psychologist Preferred three (3) years, post-Master’s experience in a psychiatric health care setting
