The LPN will assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients within the endocrinology clinic under the supervision of a physician or provider. They will also coordinate clinical operations and patient flow while serving as a patient advocate.
Candidates must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio and a current BLS certification. Two or more years of previous experience in a physician office is preferred.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health Services Department in Galion, Ohio.
Assesses, plans and implements the nursing care of patients within the physician clinic with the supervision of the physician or Allied Health Provider (CNP/PA). Participates in patient and family teaching. Maintains role as patient advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission. Provides coordination to the clinical staff as to patient flow and clinical operations as directed by the physician.
• Two (2) or more years of previous experience in a physician office.
